SHIPPING & HANDLING----I can combine shipments on multiple purchases to save you money. For purchases of SEVERAL items OR for a true shipping cost according to your postal zone, email me ([email protected]) PRIOR to purchase. My listings reflect flat rate shipping based on ZONE charges so that I do not lose money on shipping. We know that shipping can make a huge difference in postal rates. I am always happy to give a totally accurate shipping charge if you will email me with your zip code. I can then send you a Pay Pal Checkout invoice reflecting that charge.
Purchases will post within 3 days of completed transaction, but usually within 24 hours.

US PAYMENT is to be made with Pay Pal. If you do not want to use a credit card, I will accept only a POSTAL money order/s, NOT a bank money order. FOREIGN PAYMENT must be made in US Dollars with Pay Pal Checkout only.
SALES TAX----6.5% if shipped to IL address.
IL buyers that are buying for resale must email me a copy of their resale certificate for the sales tax to be waived.
CUSTOMER SERVICE & RETURN POLICY
It is my policy not to falsify customs forms. I will not claim your purchase is a "gift". This would constitute mail fraud and I would be subject to prosecution. Please do not ask.
I am always happy to combine shipments to save you money. You will need to email me ([email protected]) with your order so that I can send you an invoice reflecting the discounted price. I am happy to divide your purchase payment over a 3 month period with 1/3 down and 1/3 more for the next 2 months if paid with 3 POSTAL money orders.
RETURNS:
If an item is materially different than was described by the Seller, Buyer shall have 48 hours from the date the property is received to notify the Seller and post the property back to the seller at buyer's expense, insured for full purchase price. After 48 hours items are considered "as is", without recourse. Upon such return, Seller shall refund to the Buyer the purchase price of the item and any state sales tax ONLY within 3 business days of receipt of merchandise.
Refund for buyer's remorse will be made of sale price and any state tax less a 15% restocking fee. Item/s must be returned, insured for full purchase price, in same condition as received with seller's identification markings intact.
The foregoing guarantee is only valid to the original buyer. The item(s) must be returned, insured for full purchase price, in the same condition as when purchased. Discrepancies of description shall be decided by mutually agreed upon experts whose determination must be in writing and is at the expense of the Buyer.
For damage during shipping, buyer needs to present damaged item and packing materials to his/her post office and file a report. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with the claim.
